Orzo

First and foremost...

...this dish looks amazing and I will be making it later this week. I've been craving orzo for some strange reason. This "salad" not only contains a few of my favorite things (kale, citrus, ORZO), but it looks beautiful and I like eating pretty colors. 

I had my second Abbey Lee sighting today on the M platform. I think she would make a great Lisbeth Salander if it wasn't for her height. Abbey Lee used to be my favorite model, but seeing her in person looking tall and gangly and unkempt has kind of killed it for me. Sadface I guess but not really. 

Also, I read Girl with the Dragon Tattoo which was fantastic. It appeals to the dark side of me while also being an enthralling read. I will be reading the next two on the beach this coming week in Aruba.
