Punta di Vista

I know this whole "matte hair" thing is in, but it doesn't mean you need to look like a you just came out of a tornado. I always think its kind of funny that a lot of makeup and effort go into looking natural and unkempt.

I'm especially drawn to the girls with their fly away ponytails and scraggly eyebrows.

I love this girl's lips. I'm also very interested in her blouse. It's the kind of thing I would totally seek out and buy and then leave in my closet for years, just to put on for dress up.

This girl is my favorite.

Weekend

Trish came up last weekend and we bought a couch for our new super duper awesome apartment. I'm glad my charming personality got her to move back in with me. I'm feeling optimistic for December.

Friday evening we drove down to Brooklyn to spend our weekends. I drove down the Merrit for the beautiful Autumn scenery. As we descended one of the many hills, the golden sun descended onto the scenery around us, engulfing us in a golden halo for all of two seconds. It was one of the most beautiful moments I have ever experienced. It will be burned into my mind forever. If only cameras could capture these things.

I'm going to make a bold statement and say that Lucky Dog is my favorite bar. Not only are the Genny Cremes cheap, but who doesn't love silly dogs roaming around the backyard? There are always little friends near by. This is as close to my ideal social setting as it gets.

this is it

so i was just watching this is it with michael jackson. it made me feel weird, like who is this man behind this botox mask? what does he really want? what is he really thinking? what does he even care about any more?

Nov

Despite my dettachment I still find myself putting on his t shirt every night for bed. This is obviously a sign that things are not the way they are supposed to be. Regardless, it feels familiar and smells that way too.

In other news, I'm glad to have trish back. Things will be better from now on.

p.s. charlie is one year and seven months old. boy how time flies. but not really. it creeps like the snail along a sidewalk.
